An abdominal support pad placed under the compression garment over the abdomen, spreading the pressure the garment applies across a flat surface instead of letting it concentrate on an edge or a seam line. Who is it for? The recovery period after abdominal liposuction, tummy tuck and body contouring surgery. The need for it shows up when the garment is correctly sized and still leaves an edge mark on the skin, or when the pressure does not sit flat across the abdomen because the upper and lower abdomen curve differently. How is it worn? The pad goes directly on the skin over the treated area, then the garment is put on over it and tightened as usual, so the pad stays held between fabric and skin and needs no extra fixing. It works with any abdominal garment in the range: the standard binders, the adjustable-panel binders and the full-body garments. It is removed for showering and replaced with the garment; daily wear time remains a decision for the treating surgeon. What sets it apart from its neighbours? LP-400 covers the wide front abdominal surface only. LP-401 is a smaller pair for the flanks, and LP-406 is shaped for the hollow of the lower back.
