There is no cut-out in the middle: the support comes from high-density foam that shifts the load onto the thighs and holds its shape under the body. Soft removable, washable cover. Who is it for? The first weeks after fat transfer to the buttocks, and anyone who prefers a solid, stable surface that does not sink under the body over a long sit. Its plain rectangular form makes it easier to carry and to use on seats of different sizes, in the car, at the desk and at home. How is it used? It is placed on the seat and sat on so that the thighs rest on the contoured top while the rear extends past its edge with no direct support beneath it. It is worth checking the sitting position the first time and not sitting for long stretches; the surgeon's instructions remain the reference for permitted duration.
