A BBL garment with sleeves ending at mid-forearm and an open bust worn over the patient's own bra. There are no shoulder straps on this model: in their place a clear silicone tape crosses above the bust line and is set with a small buckle, stopping the garment slipping and carrying the compression on the shoulders and arms. A three-level hook-and-eye column runs down the front, the back is a solid high panel, and two sheer mesh ovals sit over the buttocks. It ends above the knee, with or without lace.
