The bust is open so the patient's own bra stays in place, the straps are wide with rounded hook-and-loop tabs, and a hook-and-eye placket runs down the side of the torso so the fit can be taken in by steps. Fine mesh tulle over the graft area keeps the pressure light where full compression must not fall. Available with or without lace, in black and beige. Nine sizes on the waist measurement.
